Emeritus Assisted Living Center Laughing Sessions

The Music, Movement and Laughter sessions being held on Mondays at 2:00 pm at Emeritus, an assisted living facility in Oceanside, are soooooo enjoyable for the residents and for Laughing Linda, the leader.

The smiles, laughs, and hugs come with our silly singing and funny movements. Being playful is not comfortable for all adults.  We don’t care.  At this time in our lives we can shed our past responsibilities and just have fun!
