Linda Cheering in Coast News**Since January 2011 LLH has set up laughter exercise groups in 3 assisted living facilities, 1 in Carlsbad and 2 in Oceanside.

**Visit a Laughter Yoga session on Thursdays, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the Carlsbad Senior Center.  779 Pine Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008   For more information: 760-717-6813

**For other Laughter Sessions in San Diego County go to the Laughter Matters website link.  www.LaughterMatters.org

**Bring a laughter interaction program, with or without a film, to your organization, company, support group or party with friends. Consider showing the documentary, “Laughology”, showing laughter in many societies along with a new way to laugh. Call Linda to reserve a Laughter Leader.  760-845-6819.

**Levity Project in Escondido, CA on Saturday, Jan. 8th.  We did “Grocery Shopping Dancing” in Jimbos and Trader Joes. Customers and clerks smiled and moved along with us. Taking joyful breaks while doing regular chores sure lifts your spirit!

**BE A PART OF A LEVITY PROJECT! Everyone is welcomed to join a levity activity. The activity looks to bystanders like a group of unrelated people who come together to do an uplifting activity – such as an instant party with participants wearing and giving out leis while laughing.

Go to www.TheLevityProject.com to see what happened in Santa Monica, CA on June 5th and in other locations at other times.

The group’s purpose is to raise the spirit of the onlookers, many of whom join in on the fun, AND the participants.

And…to add more laughter to your life, join us as a Linking Laughing Hearts MEMBER! As a member, you will get FREE Laughter Updates and Smile Bringers in your inbox, and be the first to know about new laughter community updates.
